iCIMS Hire Software

The City of Boston is seeking a vendor to provide the iCIMS Hire software solution to manage its recruiting and hiring processes. This platform is a critical component of the city's human resource operations, containing over 160,000 candidate profiles and integrating closely with the existing human resource information system. The city requires this one-year contract extension to minimize disruption to current hiring programs, particularly the youth summer jobs program which employs over 10,000 youth annually, and to allow sufficient time to extract historical records for compliance with record retention requirements. The scope of work covers access to the iCIMS hiring solution, which must include applicant tracking, offer management, onboarding, and SMS capabilities for communication between recruiters and candidates. The selected vendor must also provide digital chat and case support for designated system administrators, as well as access to the iCIMS academy and knowledge-based resources. All performance of the work will take place offsite. Eligible bidders must be located onshore within the United States. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or online, and the city is currently looking for proposal submissions to determine the budget. The agency must receive all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 29, 2026.
