Automated Licensing and Information Management System (ALIMS) Customization, Modification, Support, and Maintenance System

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide customization, modification, support, and maintenance for its Automated Licensing and Information Management System. This regulatory management software platform supports the management of practitioner licensing and must function to meet the needs of each individual board. The system must address any arising security concerns and include training for current and future staff to manage the platform. The scope of work covers an online application that serves as the public-facing portion of the platform for applicants, licensees, employers, and the public. The system utilizes a WebAPI and entity framework data access architecture to provide access to regulatory data. The project requires integration with interstate compact systems for sharing licensing data, an internal background check system, a bank for electronic payments, and document storage and management systems. Reporting within the system is supported by SQL Server Reporting Services, featuring an integrated reporting environment using Microsoft reporting services for the internal application that may also be used with the online application. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency allows the performance of the work to be conducted either onsite or offsite. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget, and the resulting contract period will run for two years.
