Credentialing Management System

The issuing agency is seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive credentialing management system for an international airport. This system must automate the identity management and credential issuance process for all individuals requiring access to secure and non-secure areas. The agency needs to automate background check submissions, including criminal history records checks and security threat assessments, while supporting future integration of biometric templates for enhanced identity verification. The requested scope of work includes providing open APIs and SDKs for interface customization and third-party integrations. The system must track and validate the completion of mandatory training prior to credential issuance and offer a web-based application for applicants and authorized signers to submit and manage badging requests. Additionally, the platform must fully integrate with the Genea access control system, AirTera on-demand computer-based training, and the Telos designated aviation channeling and fingerprinting system. The agency also requires full integration with the Everbridge mass notification system, IBM Maximo asset key management, and PeopleSoft with Clover fee collection and financial processes. Eligible bidders must be located onshore within the United States, and all performance of the work will take place offsite. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or online, and the agency is currently looking for proposal submissions to determine the budget.
