The agency is seeking an advanced business intelligence and analytics platform to enable targeted analysis, improved decision making, and enhanced support for businesses and workers statewide. This platform will serve as a business outreach tool with real-time data, data visualization capabilities, industry sector and trend analysis, and workforce research functionalities. The primary goal is to help the workforce development system identify eligible businesses and cohorts for workforce development programs to prevent layoffs and minimize unemployment. The scope of work requires the platform to distinguish growing, stable, and declining or at-risk individual businesses, as well as identify foreign-owned businesses prone to workforce instability. The system must provide detailed, current information such as addresses, industry codes, and employment data, while offering insights into industry and location-specific trends. Additionally, the platform must generate targeted outreach strategies and technical assistance, and help prioritize engagement efforts with various workforce programs. Bidders must perform all work offsite and must be located onshore within the United States. The agency is requesting proposals to determine the budget for this project.
