Web-Based High-UX Database, Data Visualization, And Reporting Tool

The agency is seeking a web-based database, data visualization, and reporting tool suite with a high user experience. The system must utilize individual university scholars as the base unit record to benchmark the scholarly output of individual faculty, specific academic doctoral programs, academic departments, academic colleges, the university, and customized intra-university groups against analogous groupings at other institutions. This benchmarking capability must include longitudinal analysis using frozen datasets. The requested scope of work includes providing role-based individual-level access to the tools and datasets. The selected provider must deliver synchronous and asynchronous dedicated training and ongoing professional development opportunities for university users. Additionally, the solution must offer a turnkey system for scholars to identify and receive opt-in push notifications for funding and honorific award opportunities tailored to them based on scholarly data. The system must utilize daily data to generate a curated public web-based presence showcasing the university's scholarship. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The performance of all work under this contract will take place offsite. The agency has not disclosed a specific budget and is looking for proposals to determine the cost.
