Planning Consultant Services

The Town of De Beque, Colorado, is seeking a planning consultant to provide professional services related to land use, development review, zoning administration, and long-range planning. The agency requires support for its planning commission and board, as well as assistance with growth management, community development, economic development, and community visioning initiatives. Additionally, the selected partner will handle grant support, GIS coordination, mapping, research on land use regulations, and applicant-specific development review services. The agency is limiting eligibility to onshore organizations based in the United States. The designated partner will perform all work offsite over a contract period of three years. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or through the designated online portal. The agency is requesting budget proposals from interested bidders to determine the cost of services.
