GOLBAL - RFI for Workflow Management System

The issuing agency is seeking a configurable workflow management system for its Legal team to enter matters and track their status in real time. This system must indicate the current holder of a matter, its readiness for signing, the completion of signatures, and other relevant status information in an easily extractable format. The agency requires customizable access rules to restrict access to specific documents and matters as needed. The requested solution must be modular and interoperable, supporting structured intake, workflow routing, approvals, document handling, and integration with the wider digital ecosystem. It must integrate with electronic signature tools like DocuSign or Adobe Sign, as well as collaboration tools including Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint to streamline follow-ups and audits. Additionally, the system must feature a search function to locate legal documents by type, counterparty, year, matter name, key words, or tags. The agency requires the system to send notification emails, catalog legal matters accordingly, and handle escalations. A mobile version of the system, including a dedicated mobile application, must allow authorized users to securely view assigned matters, check document status, receive notifications, review documents, add comments, and perform approval actions.
