This solution will manage data intake, data management, enrollment, credentialing, data sharing, and data archiving. The agency aims to consolidate all provider data to reduce administrative redundancy, simplify enrollment and revalidation, and allow for delegated enrollment and credentialing. The requested solution will replace and modernize the provider enrollment and management functionality of the legacy medicaid management information system. It must leverage an integrated, automated workflow to route data and documentation to the appropriate decision-making units. A self-service portal will serve as the primary interface for applicants and providers to enter data according to established business rules. The selected vendor must provide the IT solutions to manage all aspects of this process, supply staffing for operations, and coordinate with multiple payers, health plans, and other stakeholders. The system must also maintain and display real-time affiliations between delegated entities and rostered providers through viewable interfaces and standardized reports. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid, and the performance of the work will occur offsite.
