Child and Adult Respite Care Service

The Department of the Navy, on behalf of the government authority located in Millington, Tennessee, is seeking a contractor to provide child and adult respite care services. This program supports military families who have special medical or educational needs. The agency requires comprehensive program management to administer respite care for eligible Service members and manage a provider network to deliver this care. The selected vendor must administer the agency Respite Care Program and utilize government-provided systems for program management. Responsibilities include operating and maintaining a public-facing website with program information and developing marketing materials for distribution to families. The administrator must also manage waitlists and provider referrals given to Service members, ensuring that care hours do not roll over from month to month. The agency requires strict adherence to security and privacy standards throughout the contract. Performance of the work will take place offsite, and eligibility is restricted to onshore vendors within the United States. The contract period will be for one year, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget.
