Occupational Health Services

The Norfolk, Virginia government authority is seeking a vendor to provide reliable, professional, and accessible occupational health services. The agency is trying to solve the challenge of supporting employee safety, regulatory compliance, employee wellness, and operational efficiency through professional medical services. The contract period for these services will be for one year. The scope of work covers drug and alcohol testing services, employee physical examinations, and fitness testing and medical screenings. The selected vendor must also perform occupational health assessments necessary to determine employee fitness for duty, alongside providing scheduling and customer service. All performance of the work will take place offsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget and will accept digital submissions via email or online. Bidders must submit all questions no later than June 26, 2026.
