Adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services

The City of Philadelphia is seeking a vendor to provide psychiatric rehabilitation services (PRS) for adolescents with autism spectrum disorder. The agency requires an evidence-based, wellness and resiliency-oriented service that promotes quality of life, community integration, and successful transition to independent living skills. This program must empower individuals with significant mental, behavioral, emotional, or neurodevelopmental disorders to develop the skills and access the resources needed to thrive in their chosen living, working, learning, and social environments. The scope of work covers identifying strategies to minimize the negative effects of these disorders, developing and teaching skills to support functional gains, and assisting individuals with living in the community. Programming and service delivery must support individuals in identifying, achieving, and maintaining valued roles while actively promoting engagement through rapport building, tailored activities, and outreach. The agency requires all performance of the work to be conducted offsite. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations located within the United States. The agency is looking for budget proposals from bidders rather than providing a pre-determined budget limit. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than July 7, 2026.
