Adolescents with Psychotic Disorders Rehabilitation Services

The City of Philadelphia is seeking a vendor to provide psychiatric rehabilitation services for adolescents with psychotic disorders. The agency aims to empower individuals with significant mental, behavioral, emotional, or neurodevelopmental disorders to develop the skills and access the resources needed to thrive in their chosen living, working, learning, and social environments. This evidence-based, resiliency-oriented service must promote quality of life, community integration, and a successful transition to independent living. The scope of work covers identifying strategies to minimize the negative effects of these disorders, developing and teaching skills to support functional gains, and assisting individuals with living in the community. Programming and service delivery must support individuals in identifying, achieving, and maintaining valued roles. The selected provider must actively promote engagement through strategies such as building rapport, tailoring activities to interests, and conducting outreach when participation declines. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires the performance of the work to take place offsite. The agency has not disclosed a specific budget and is looking for proposals to define the financial scope. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than July 7, 2026.
