Audio Enhancement Completion and Life Safety Audio System Upgrades Services

The Jasper County School District in Ridgeland, South Carolina, is seeking a vendor to complete and correct an Audio Enhancement system installation and perform life safety audio system upgrades across two campuses. The agency needs to resolve incomplete system components to ensure reliable paging, bells, emergency audio, and classroom control functions. The project covers speaker replacement, amplifiers, cabling, exterior speakers, Interactive Touch Controllers, configuration, testing, training, warranty, and support. The selected vendor must provide and install cabling as needed to complete the system and add exterior speakers and amplifier capacity on both campuses. The agency requires configuration of all applicable zones, including zones that support alternating bell schedules and independent hallway or common-area operation. The scope also demands complete sound testing and system validation across the entire system, rather than just the newly installed components. Upon completion, the vendor must provide training to technology staff, administrators, front office staff, safety staff, and teachers. The agency also requires final documentation and as-built records delivered separately for each campus. While the physical installation occurs on the campuses in Ridgeland, the agency indicates that performance of the work will be offsite.
