Operational Management System

The government authority located in British Columbia is seeking an operational management system for electric vehicle charging stations. The agency needs a unified, reliable, cost-effective, regulatory-compliant, and customer-centric solution for charger management. This scalable ecosystem must bring together various stakeholders and partners, capturing the necessary inputs to ensure visibility and seamless management of all touchpoints related to electric vehicle charging within the organization. The scope of work requires the provision of standardized internet connectivity equipment for electric vehicle supply equipment in a preconfigured, turnkey state. This equipment includes routers, modems, wireless access points, network switches, and cabling. The system must work with an Internet Service Provider connection under health authorities' instructions and integrate with existing infrastructure through cellular data internet solutions if needed. The agency is performing the work offsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore Canadian organizations only. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget.
