MuleSoft Licensing and Professional Services

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide MuleSoft licensing and professional services to upgrade its systems from MuleSoft 3.x to the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. To support the existing base of interfaces, the agency requires initial licensing for a non-production and a production environment to support approximately 60 services. The agency also requires an API Management capability for 100 services to improve the security and compliance posture of these services. Future work under this contract may include services to upgrade an existing MuleSoft community edition installation. The agency may also require assistance with improvements to Federal interfaces and agency interfaces. Performance of all requested work will take place offsite. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. Bidders must submit any questions regarding this procurement no later than June 19, 2026.
