Voter Registration System

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide a voter registration system. The project covers design, staging, development, testing, data migration, transition, go-live, operations, and acceptance. The selected vendor must also perform acceptance testing and provide ongoing maintenance services. These maintenance services include software modifications required to support the system, such as version changes, configuration or parameter changes, minor code changes, and any modifications necessary to meet new regulatory standards. Bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The performance of all work will take place offsite. The agency has not specified a set budget and is looking for proposals to determine the cost. The contract period will run for one year. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 23, 2026.
