Image Right Document Management Systems

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide Image Right document management systems to support its document management activities. The agency needs to solve the problem of managing, processing, and integrating its document imaging workflows through a comprehensive software subscription. This subscription must include Optical Character Recognition, maintenance, support, licensing, concurrent licenses, and training, with the option for additional services as needed. The scope of work covers providing enhancements and licensing to assist with Image Right activities, including application programming interfaces to interface, integrate, and troubleshoot third-party or in-house developed applications. The selected vendor must deliver packaged imaging systems, such as scanners, servers, and optical disks, alongside application development, support, maintenance, and monitoring. Additionally, the agency requires electronic payment processing services, Level I help desk services, end-user computing for desktop, mobile, and LAN-attached multi-function devices, and network support for voice, phone, and WAN/LAN environments outside of the State data centers. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires all performance of the work to be conducted offsite. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget and will establish a contract period of three years.
