The Public Utility Commission is seeking a vendor to design, develop, migrate, host, and implement a modern, accessible, and high-performing public website. The agency needs to solve performance, search, and accessibility limitations in its current setup while preserving public transparency and ease of access to historical records. The project covers the integration of a docket filing system, a docket management system, and potentially a complementary intranet. The scope of work requires a user-friendly content management system that allows agency staff to publish and maintain content without vendor dependency. The selected vendor must deliver written style and content guidelines, step-by-step documentation for routine tasks, and instructional videos or training materials for staff. Additionally, the agency requires a secure hosting architecture with reliability and uptime guarantees, alongside a user-friendly dashboard to monitor search usage and performance.
