Content Management System

The agency is seeking a cloud-based content management system to enable users to process work more efficiently, faster, and more accurately than traditional paper processing. The requested system must support workflows with successive points of input or action for tasks such as processing applications, approving reports, collaborating, and executing critical business tasks. Non-programmers must be able to design and deploy sophisticated workflow solutions using simple right-click mouse functions and easy-to-understand configuration windows within a comfortable windows interface. The system must allow users or integrators to define and configure document states, rules, actions, notifications, and lifecycles. It must support the definition of multiple document types associated with specific lifecycles, as well as Internet and mobile access for users outside the immediate office environment. Additionally, the system must support workflow initiation from electronic or Internet forms on a web-based platform or server, and it must provide cloud-based intelligent document processing utilizing artificial intelligence and machine learning, featuring an AI-driven text analytics and enrichment engine. Only organizations based onshore in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The agency requires the performance of the work to be completed offsite. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or online, and the agency is currently looking for proposal submissions to determine the budget.
