System Architect Service

A government authority located in Sacramento, California is seeking system architect services to support a large organization. The agency needs a vendor to provide a system architect, a solution architect, a technical lead, and a software application designer and developer. The selected provider will develop technical impact analysis and research papers to support the decision-making process of agency management. The scope of work requires the development of prospective bridging architecture options that allow existing solutions to continue fulfilling business needs, either partially or wholly, during the phased deployment of new solution functionalities. The provider must guide and identify activities with technical impacts and dependencies from a system architecture perspective. Additional responsibilities include regularly logging, tracking, and updating technical risks and issues, as well as discovering, analyzing, documenting, and communicating architectural impacts. The agency requires impact analyses for both the to-be business architecture and the to-be technical architecture, alongside the identification of technical and implementation dependencies. The provider must monitor and evaluate the quality of technical deliverables and ensure the timely progress of technical activities. The agency expects the on-time and quality completion of solution development and implementation according to design specifications and project requirements. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based solely in the United States. The agency specifies that the performance of all work will take place offsite.
