Managed Provide Service

The Iowa government authority is seeking a managed service provider to handle the placement and management of university medical agency traveling staff. The agency needs a partner to take sole responsibility for sourcing, vetting, onboarding, managing, and supporting all traveling healthcare staff. Additionally, the selected provider must deliver strategies to decrease the use of agency staff in Fiscal Year 2028 and beyond. The scope of work covers relationship management for agency staff, ongoing reviews of current staffing to anticipate future needs, and tracking timecards to ensure accuracy. The provider must integrate with the enterprise labor management system and prevent supplier override of timekeeping records. Performance of all contracted work will occur offsite. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is looking for budget proposals to cover a contract period of three years. Bidders must submit all questions no later than June 26, 2026, and the final response can be submitted digitally via email or online.
