Contract Management Software Solution

The agency is seeking an enterprise Contract Lifecycle Management software solution to serve as a single, authoritative source for contract data and documents. This solution must manage the full contract lifecycle, spanning from intake and authoring through negotiation, execution, ongoing obligation management, and archival. The system must support cross-functional contracting hubs, artificial intelligence-enabled contract review and authoring, configurable workflows, and configurable approvals. The agency requires integration with existing enterprise systems, including Infor, Cloud Suite, ServiceNow, enterprise document repositories, and electronic signature platforms. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based solely in the United States. The selected contractor will perform all work offsite over a contract period of three years.
