Call Monitoring and Response Management System

St. Johns County is seeking a comprehensive response management software platform along with supplemental dispatch support services. The county utility department needs to enhance its ability to intake, manage, dispatch, track, and analyze incident responses from citizens regarding water and sewer issues. The selected vendor must perform all work offsite at the vendor's own office premises. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore organizations based in the United States. The county is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget for this project.
