Photography and Videography Services

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive photography and videography services for a one-year contract period. The required services address the need for high-quality visual documentation and promotional imagery across various municipal program areas. These areas include public safety, community culture, infrastructure, environment, cityscapes, conceptual lifestyle, and portrait photography. The scope of work covers project planning, talent coordination, and obtaining necessary releases. For photography, the vendor must provide a proofing album for agency selection and deliver twenty to thirty edited, color-corrected images per shooting hour. For videography, the vendor must perform complete video editing and deliver both finished and raw footage as requested. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations located in Canada. The performance of the contracted work will take place offsite. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget, and all questions regarding this opportunity must be submitted no later than June 24, 2026.
