Legislature Lobbying Services

The Georgia-based government authority is seeking a lobbyist or lobbying firm with demonstrated experience in state-level legislative advocacy to represent the organization at the Georgia Legislature. The selected vendor will advocate for legislative and budgetary initiatives supporting airports, aviation safety, infrastructure funding, and economic development. The agency requires a partner with specific expertise in aviation, transportation, infrastructure, or public-sector issues to monitor and report on relevant policy developments. The scope of work covers representing the association before legislative committees, task forces, and working groups, as well as developing and executing legislative strategies in coordination with the Board of Directors and Executive leadership. The chosen provider will draft legislative language, amendments, testimony, position papers, and talking points. Additionally, the service provider will facilitate meetings with legislators, state agency leadership, and the Governor’s Office, while attending board meetings and annual legislative events. The agency requires regular written and verbal status reports, including session summaries and interim updates, delivered through both onsite and offsite performance. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States.
