The County is seeking a vendor to provide charge point operator software and electric vehicle supply equipment operations and maintenance services. This initiative aims to centralize the management of all County-owned electric vehicle chargers across multiple sites onto a single platform. The software solution must optimize charger utilization, manage user access and pricing, support fleet electrification, improve reporting, and reduce the operational burden on County staff. The scope of work requires supporting distinct user groups, including fleet, employees, public agency partners, and the general public, with differentiated access controls and pricing. The requested platform must enable robust reporting for fleet electrification tracking, grant compliance, and operational oversight. Additionally, the system must support vehicle-level energy tracking, departure scheduling, and cost allocation by department, while ensuring cybersecurity, data privacy, and data ownership protections appropriate for a public agency. Bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States to be eligible for this opportunity. The County requires the performance of the work to be conducted offsite.
