Cloud-Based Advanced Traveler Information System

The agency is seeking a cloud-based Advanced Traveler Information System to support pre-trip and en-route information dissemination over telephone, internet, and mobile applications. This initiative aims to solve the problem of delivering modern, user-friendly traveler information by replacing legacy systems with a secure, scalable, and highly available Software as a Service solution. The chosen system must accurately represent incidents reported by the Advanced Traffic Management System as traveler information events and allow the traveler website to hyperlink to external sites like adjacent state systems. The scope of work covers all professional services necessary for the design, configuration, implementation, integration, testing, operation, maintenance, support, hosting, and ongoing enhancement of the system. The hosting environment may utilize third-party cloud environments such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud, but the selected provider must remain fully responsible for all hosting, system management, security, patching, and lifecycle management. Additionally, the agency requires twenty-four-seven-three-hundred-sixty-five support with a thirty-minute response time, along with operator software and system troubleshooting guides. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States of America. The performance of the work may occur either onsite or offsite. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget, and the resulting contract period will run for two years.
