RFI for Quick Reaction Team Analysis and Support Services

The agency is seeking quick reaction team analysis and support services to evaluate missile defense integrated system performance in Huntsville, Alabama. The project requires medium fidelity modelling of all missile defense system elements to support performance estimation. The selected provider must conduct multi-day campaign modelling of threat system raids against the missile defense system to account for multiple warfighter shot doctrines and friendly force attrition. The scope of work covers modelling ground-based midcourse defense fire control shot planning logic and shot guide selection. The agency also requires modelling of top-level discrimination techniques using sensor observables, as well as target object map correlation methods and statistical performance. Additionally, the provider must insert government-furnished threat missile trajectory and signature data of multiple formats into the modelling and simulation tool. Bidders must perform all work onsite in Huntsville, Alabama. Eligibility is restricted to onshore entities located in the United States. Interested parties must submit their responses digitally via email or online, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget.
