The Kansas government agency located in Topeka requires a qualified contractor to install, maintain, support, and upgrade physical security equipment, software, hardware, and structures. These components include token readers, keypads, door hardware, locks, access control panels, glass break detectors, alarm systems, motion sensors, and audible warning devices. The selected contractor must also manage network connections between door controllers, software and firmware updates, card printers, interconnecting cabling, cameras, video recording equipment, and call boxes. Bidders must possess authorization to install, maintain, and support Honeywell Pro-Watch, Milestone, Axis, and Avigilon software and hardware products. The agency limits eligibility to onshore contractors operating within the United States, and the contractor must perform all work onsite at the Kansas facilities.
