Special Health Care Needs Specialty Support Network Service

The New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services in Concord, New Hampshire, is seeking a contractor to develop, provide, and improve a specialty support network for children with special health care needs under the age of twenty-one and their families. The agency aims to solve the problem of limited access to specialty expertise by establishing a community-based solution that expands these support services. This statewide network must deliver services through both secure, confidential telehealth appointments and in-person sessions. The scope of work requires the contractor to provide access to pediatric service planning and review, professional consultations, comprehensive diagnostic evaluations, and assessment services. All services must be family-centered and align with best professional practices as well as current evidence-based or evidence-informed research. Additionally, the contractor must manage clinical sessions, secure qualified medical specialists, meet specific staffing requirements, and ensure personnel attend requested meetings, training opportunities, technical assistance sessions, and progress reviews. The contractor must handle data collection and submit reports in an agency-approved format. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States, and the performance of the work can occur either onsite or offsite. While the agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget, the contract period will run for one year. Interested parties must submit a Letter of Intent no later than June 22, 2026.
