Mobile Medical Services

The government authority in Seattle, Washington is seeking a vendor to provide mobile medical services that assess and address the medical, behavioral health, and social service needs of low-income older adults aged fifty-five and older. This nurse-led service model must focus on screening, assessment, basic medical care, and referrals, utilizing stakeholder engagement to inform local needs.
