Employment Medical Services

The City of Scottsdale, Arizona, requires an occupational medical healthcare provider with laboratory access to deliver comprehensive employment medical services. The agency is seeking these services to conduct various pre-employment physicals, medical tests, and ongoing employment-related screenings. The scope of work covers color vision tests using Ishihara and Titmus methods, respirator and pulmonary function tests, and urine and breath alcohol testing. The selected provider must also perform drug and alcohol screenings, urinalysis, breathalyzer tests, and commercial driver's license (CDL) and non-CDL Federal Transit Authority (FTA) random drug screenings. The agency requires all performance of the work to occur offsite. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based solely in the United States.
