Statewide Dental Services

The Florida-based government authority in Tallahassee is seeking a vendor to coordinate a statewide dental services program. This program will serve as the payor of last resort for individuals with developmental disabilities. The agency needs to solve the problem of coordinating comprehensive dental care, including diagnostic services, preventive treatment, restorative, endodontic, periodontal, surgical procedures, extractions, non-cosmetic orthodontic treatment, and dentures. The scope of work covers the coordination of these statewide dental services. The performance of the work will take place offsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is looking for proposals to establish the budget for this project. The contract period will span five years. Bidders must submit their responses digitally via email or online. A pre-solicitation conference will take place on June 29, 2026. Bidders must submit all questions no later than July 8, 2026.
