Contract Management Software Solution

The agency is seeking an enterprise Contract Lifecycle Management software solution to serve as a single, authoritative source for contract data and documents. This solution must manage the full contract lifecycle, spanning from intake and authoring through negotiation, execution, ongoing obligation management, and archival. The system must support agency cross-functional contracting hubs, artificial intelligence-enabled contract review and authoring, and configurable workflows and approvals. Integration with existing agency enterprise systems is a core requirement of this project. The software must integrate with Infor, Cloud Suite, ServiceNow, enterprise document repositories, and e-signature platforms. The agency expects the selected vendor to perform all work offsite over a contract period of three years. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore organizations based in the United States.
