The agency is seeking a vendor to design, develop, and implement a modern employee intranet utilizing the organization's existing WordPress platform. The project aims to solve the problem of disconnected internal systems by integrating the new intranet with the organization's Microsoft 365 and Entra ID environments. The agency requires the solution to provide an intuitive, secure, and mobile-responsive user experience. The scope of work covers five distinct phases starting with a discovery and rapid assessment to inventory intranet content, review Active Directory groups, identify critical content, and define the authentication approach. During the design and architecture phase, the vendor must define site structure, establish an Active Directory group-based access model, configure identity architecture for single sign-on, and create standardized page templates. The platform configuration phase requires the vendor to set up the WordPress platform, enable Entra ID authentication, and integrate core links such as BossDesk and document libraries. For the final phases, the vendor must clean, validate, and migrate high-priority content while applying and validating Active Directory group permissions. The deployment phase requires production cutover, single sign-on validation across all departments, and one to two weeks of post go-live hypercare support. The agency requires all performance of the work to be conducted offsite. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore organizations based in the United States. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or online, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget. The agency will host a virtual pre-bid conference on June 25, 2026, and bidders must submit all questions no later than June 30, 2026.
