The scope of work covers the creation of a responsive design capable of desktop and mobile viewing that meets Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2 AA standards as a minimum. The agency requires the integration of a browse aloud accessibility functionality, a webpage style sheet exporting service, and a main-page website search bar with an autocomplete feature. The vendor must also implement a seamless user interface experience in terms of color scheme and branding between the main websites and other linked sites.
