The District and Board are seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive graphic design services to support their rebranding and communication efforts. The agency needs to solve the problem of outdated or inconsistent branding by establishing a cohesive visual identity. The selected provider will rebrand the agency logo mark and mascot, develop a comprehensive style guide based on the new rebranding, and standardize all district business templates for general and agency-specific use. The scope of work also covers creating PowerPoint presentation templates for general use and developing print materials for advertisements, brochures, newsletters, and reports. Additionally, the agency requires the creation of flyers and banners for social media and website use, as well as graphic development to support website design. All performance of the work will take place offsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. Bidders must submit any questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 23, 2026. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget and will accept responses digitally via email or online submission.
