Website Design, Development, Hosting, Implement and Maintain Service Using CMS

The agency is seeking a qualified vendor to design, develop, host, implement, and maintain a new website for ticketing and related patron services using a content management system. The project requires a user-centered, mobile-responsive website that represents multiple facilities, venues, spaces, and program areas. The agency also needs the flexibility to support sub-sites or microsites for individual facilities or programs as needed. The scope of work includes implementing direct integration with Spektrix ticketing software using APIs, web components, and iframes. The selected content management system must allow the agency to easily update content, add and edit pages, and manage events, images, and basic layout elements. The vendor must provide or propose a secure hosting solution capable of handling high-traffic on-sale periods, and ensure the website complies with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.1, Level AA. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires the performance of the work to be completed offsite. Bidders can submit their responses digitally via email or online, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget.
