The Los Angeles Unified School District is seeking a software developer to support its Transportation Modernization Project. The selected vendor will lead the review of data requirements and identify business operational needs for design, development, and technical solutions across multiple integrated transportation software applications. The scope of work includes evaluating and analyzing technical specifications, developing and executing technical solutions, and overseeing the technical migration from legacy servers to the latest server platform. The agency requires the vendor to manage ASP.NET web applications and perform enhancements and bug fixes utilizing SQL Server Reporting Services for report generation and SQL Server Integration Services for data integration and workflow automation. Additionally, the vendor must process and integrate data from various sources and apply business logic to align data with organizational needs and operational requirements. Bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency allows the performance of the work to be conducted offsite. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget and requires digital submissions via email or online.
