RFI for Enterprise Information Technology Platform

The Indian Health Service is seeking information to identify vendors capable of providing enterprise information technology platform management, sustainment, and governance support. The agency needs to maintain its platform's Authorization to Operate, ensure security and audit compliance, and integrate IT Operations Management with Armis. Additionally, the project covers Human Resources Service Delivery sustainment for Equal Employment Opportunity, health information technology support services utilizing the Employee Service Center, and the expansion and training for newly developed features, including enterprise dashboards and performance analytics. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to participate in this market research effort. The selected vendor must perform all work offsite at their own office premises.
