To bridge this gap, the agency requires the development of Project Pro, a cost-effective, intuitive, and user-friendly capital improvement plan management solution built on the Microsoft Power Platform. The project scope requires the development of a system that centralizes monthly contract data entry, including percent complete, invoiced amounts, forecasted spending, risk information, and project commentary. The system must also feature interactive dashboards that allow users to examine performance by contract type, division, consultant, contractor, and project manager. All development work will be performed offsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States.
