The agency is seeking a cloud-based vendor onboarding, supplier management, and vendor risk management platform. This fully hosted Software-as-a-Service solution must automate the collection, verification, maintenance, and monitoring of supplier information, including tax documentation, banking details, compliance screening, and enterprise resource planning integration. The agency needs to reduce manual processing, strengthen internal controls, mitigate vendor payment fraud, support regulatory compliance, and improve the supplier onboarding experience across the entire vendor lifecycle from onboarding through ongoing maintenance and offboarding. The requested platform must support secure browser-based access and require no locally installed client software except standard web browsers, specifically supporting current versions of Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Safari. The system must provide responsive, mobile-friendly interfaces, configurable workflows without custom coding, and role-based security administration. The agency requires the solution to support public-sector procurement and finance operations. Eligible bidders must be onshore United States organizations. The agency requires all performance of the work to occur offsite.
