The Greater New Haven Transit District in Hamden, Connecticut is seeking professional information technology services to support its public transit operations. The agency requires comprehensive technology management to maintain its critical infrastructure, dispatching software, radio and telephone communications, tablets, fleet and maintenance software, security and surveillance systems, facility technology, and accounting software. The selected provider will deliver ongoing technology consultation, as-needed support, cybersecurity management, and a disaster recovery plan.
