Statewide Data Spine Services

The West Virginia government authority in Charleston is seeking a vendor to provide statewide data spine services. This infrastructure will serve as the foundational data system to integrate, standardize, and enable the secure exchange of multi-source data across clinical, claims, community, workforce, and public health systems. The agency is implementing this system to support the Rural Health Transformation Program. The scope of work requires the selected vendor to perform all services offsite. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based solely in the United States. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget for this project. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this procurement no later than June 25, 2026. The agency will evaluate proposals based on the submitted bids that address these statewide infrastructure requirements.
