Parks Events Security Services

The City of North Las Vegas, Nevada, is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive security services for parks events. The primary objective is to ensure the safety and security of all event attendees, staff, performers, vendors, and City property during concerts, festivals, community gatherings, and special events. The agency requires a partner to manage crowds, protect artists and VIPs, conduct surveillance, and handle emergency responses. The scope of work covers crowd management, which requires the vendor to maintain crowd control insurance, ensure orderly entry and exit, monitor crowd density, and resolve patron concerns. Security personnel must also provide close protection for artists and VIPs, coordinate with artist management, and facilitate safe movement within the venue. Additionally, the selected vendor must monitor the venue through video cameras and physical patrols, maintain a constant communication network, and implement emergency response plans including first-aid assistance. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The performance of all security work must take place onsite at the designated park venues in North Las Vegas. Bidders may submit their proposals digitally via email or through the online system, and the agency is currently looking for proposal submissions to determine the budget. The contract period will span one year. The agency will hold a pre-bid meeting on June 25, 2026, to address initial inquiries. Bidders must submit all clarifying questions no later than July 2, 2026.
