The City of Stamford, Connecticut is seeking a vendor to provide onsite security services at its government authority facility. The agency requires continuous security coverage divided into three distinct daily shifts. The first shift runs from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM and requires one supervisor and one guard. The second shift requires guards from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and the third shift requires guards from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. The scope of work includes maintaining a daily log of all deliveries to the loading dock and recording visits by contractors and service companies working in the building. Security personnel must also raise and lower the flags daily. Additionally, personnel must remain aware of government center activities, meetings, and special events that may require special attention. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is looking for budget proposals to determine the cost of the contract.
