The Sangamon County Sheriff's Office in Springfield, Illinois is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive correctional healthcare services for its facility. The agency aims to improve inmate health outcomes, reduce liability exposure, and ensure a smooth transition of care through structured discharge planning. To achieve these goals, the selected partner must deliver high-quality medical, mental health, dental, and pharmacy services. The scope of work covers healthcare program administration, medical records management, and transparent financial reporting. The agency requires the administration and maintenance of a complete electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) system. Additionally, the chosen provider must supply and manage qualified medical and mental health staffing to cover all facility needs. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based entirely in the United States. All contracted work and service delivery must be performed onsite at the Springfield facility.
