The government authority located in Seattle, Washington is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive health care services. This initiative aims to address the physical, behavioral, and social needs of the authority's target population. The selected provider will deliver these services onsite within the local jurisdiction. The scope of work covers both medical and social services.
