The agency needs to establish a unified experience across its spaces by designing systems with a consistent interface and operational logic, regardless of room size or purpose. The current setup utilizes Crestron panels with AirMedia for wireless display, and the agency requires simple, intuitive control interfaces that staff and the public can use without specialized training. Basic interfaces must remain accessible to customers without a PIN, while administrative access for the agency's IT department must require a PIN. The scope of work requires logically organized and labeled inputs and outputs with programmable, adaptable signal routing. The agency requires high-quality equipment delivering clear video, preferring 1080p or higher and 4K where appropriate, alongside intelligible audio featuring balanced coverage and appropriate gain staging. Systems must support scalability, future expansion, updates, and remote monitoring or support where feasible. Vendors must reuse existing products where applicable, such as plates, cables, and covers, and ensure that existing ADA and ALS hardware is compatible with the newly installed equipment. The project specifications dictate the use of wireless or table microphones for easy setup in multipurpose rooms, and bidders must avoid analog-only microphone connections unless they provide a specific justification. Audio zones must be independently controllable and clearly labeled within the control user interface. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States.
