Website Development Service using CMS

WRI India is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive website development services using a Content Management System. The agency needs to update and develop new pages, sections, and features for its website to ensure a robust, scalable, and user-friendly online presence. This project addresses the need for end-to-end development, hosting, and ongoing maintenance of the organization website in close coordination with the internal team. The scope of work covers user experience and user interface design aligned with the organization brand guidelines to ensure a responsive, mobile-friendly layout. The selected vendor must integrate web accessibility features for inclusive access and support the automated migration of relevant content from the project website to consortium partner sites or other designated organizations. Additionally, the project requires full testing, deployment, hosting environment configuration, ongoing security monitoring, and project management support. The requested Content Management System must feature a modular design that supports easy content updates, pre-publishing previews, approval workflows, and an integrated ticketing system for issue management. The system must also accommodate future integrations and content migrations from partner sites. The vendor will work with provided design assets, style guides, and information architecture to develop and maintain specific sections, including publications, new sectoral pages, updated dashboards, blog or news sections, events calendars, and social media integrations. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in India. The agency requires the performance of all work to be conducted offsite. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or through the designated online platform. The agency is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget for this initiative.
